Before looking at the homework page for this week, let's cover a key attachment added to the back of your plan. You can think of it like a resume. And just like a job interview, you want to highlight your skills, education and industry experience.

You can use this sheet to capture the background of any key employees or managers as well. If you have shortcomings in any of these areas, you can take small business classes to fill in the gaps or work with a mentor like SCORE.

It is fairly easy to start a business, and much harder to manage it profitably. Remember, you need to convince readers that not only is the proposed business feasible, but that it is viable with YOU running it!
